The supplied records support accurate entity identification. They do not communicate a wider authority, licence, product approval or customer proof than the named project can substantiate.
Travel route requirements
- Current operator terms covering quotation, travel contract, itinerary, refunds, customer support, emergency contact, insurance or protection disclosures and complaint handling.
- Project-specific confirmation of actual suppliers, route availability and any required permits. Do not state these as guaranteed before confirmation.
- Clear statement that travel payments go only to the named travel contracting entity under its documents.
Trade route requirements
- Confirm current registration, business scope and a real business contact channel before promotion or contracting.
- Review sanctions, export controls, end use, product safety, labels, intellectual property, taxes, customs and destination-country import rules for the specific project.
- Class II medical-device filing information must not be described as a universal product approval, export authorisation or overseas sales permission.
- Use a separate quote, contract, invoice and verified bank account with itemised goods, service, samples, inspection, logistics, tax and third-party fees.
