This page states how the Hong Kong gateway, possible Mainland China travel route and possible Mainland China trade route are described on this website. It does not certify another entity's current licence, authorisation, financial capacity or project acceptance; those must be checked in the project documents before work or payment begins.
Entity roles
A single journey may include digital work, a China visit and a sourcing discussion. That does not make one party the contracting or payment recipient for every part of the work.
Responsible for the Hong Kong global gateway, enquiries and any digital services that it itself accepts under a written agreement, including scoped AI-agent development, global website delivery and multilingual digital content.
May be considered for inbound China travel, business reception and field-study requests only within its valid licence, project acceptance and written travel agreement. The travel operator's own documents must state prices, cancellation, insurance or protections, emergency contact and complaint route.
Identified for sourcing, purchasing coordination, import/export and trade projects within the applicable business scope, product controls and written agreement. Registration and Class II medical-device filing records were supplied for website review; they do not replace current project, product or destination checks.
Project workflow
This sequence prevents a mismatch between the advertising entity, contracting entity, payment recipient and delivery party.
Establish whether the request concerns global digital work, China arrival coordination, sourcing or a combination. Do not accept passports, payment data or bank details through the public website.
Before quotation, identify which entity could contract, what it may deliver, what it cannot promise, and what licences, approvals or third-party arrangements may be required.
The client independently checks the named entity, account, agreement, invoice, applicable permissions, service scope, cancellation or refund terms and data handling route before any payment.
Changes, delivery records, acceptance, cancellations and complaints must follow the named provider's written documents. Referral by this site does not transfer that provider's legal duties to BlitzClaw.
Contract and funds controls
Clients should pay only to an account disclosed by the entity named in the applicable contract or invoice, after independent verification through an established business channel.
This site has no checkout, payment link, QR code, travel booking, goods-payment collection or card-data collection. It must not be used to receive travel fees, goods payments, samples, logistics charges, taxes or funds for a party other than the named contracting entity.
If an online payment channel is later enabled for BlitzClaw, it may only cover BlitzClaw's own named, contracted and delivered digital services after the payment provider, legal disclosures, refund terms and support arrangements are reviewed and updated.
Service boundaries
The public site should remain truthful even when project documents are not yet ready to publish. These are boundaries, not a substitute for tailored legal, tax, travel or trade advice.
