Privacy notice / Version 3.1
This notice covers the public website, secure project-enquiry route and separately disclosed project-call booking link operated by BlitzClaw Global Tech Limited. It explains the limited information collected for a business response, the separately configured delivery processors, and the controls required before any CRM, analytics, chat or payment product is activated.
Current scope
When you submit the public form, the website sends the business details you enter to a same-origin serverless endpoint. The endpoint validates the fields, sends the enquiry to wm17717783258@gmail.com through the configured email delivery provider, and does not create a public account, payment or marketing profile.
The site has no advertising pixel, non-essential cookie, chat widget, embedded booking form or payment collection. A separate project-call link opens only the disclosed scheduling provider; it does not send public-form content to that provider.
The service validates only the business details requested by the form, sends them to the project desk, limits request size, rejects cross-origin submissions and does not expose an enquiry database to website visitors.
Before enabling a CRM, AI agent, analytics, advertising, chat, payment or new booking tool, the site must disclose the provider, purpose, retention, locations, safeguards and any required consent method.
Data and purpose
For a normal business enquiry, the email may include the contact details and project context that you decide to send. You should use business contact details and avoid sensitive records at this stage.

Sharing and cross-border routing
BlitzClaw is a Hong Kong global gateway. A travel or trade enquiry may eventually need a Mainland China delivery entity, but a public enquiry does not automatically transfer your details to any other company.
The booking link opens Telegram as a separate service. This website does not pass public-form content into that service. If you choose to submit information there, review Telegram's privacy notice before continuing.
Before the booking link is enabled, approve the provider, the account owner, any connected calendar or CRM access, processing locations, retention and contract terms for the intended audience. Update this notice before the actual data flow changes.
Your choices
For a request about an enquiry you submitted to BlitzClaw, use the public legal contact. We may need enough information to verify the request and may retain necessary records where law or a live contractual matter requires it.

For a travel or trade agreement, contact the entity named in your project documents first. That entity is responsible for its own agreement and data processing.
We will update this notice before a material change such as a CRM, AI agent, chat tool, analytics, advertising technology or online payment flow. The effective date, delivery providers and new data practices will be stated on the updated page.
This notice does not replace mandatory notices that may be required in a project contract or by applicable law.
